The NCAA college basketball tournament has been a huge success since they went to the format of selecting a sixty-four-team field. The tournament is a single-elimination tournament with no byes. In all, there is a total of sixty-three games played. If the tournament were to go to a thirty-two-team field and institute a double-elimination format (each team would be disqualified after two losses), what are the maximum number of games that could be played?
