Puzz.com provides online puzzles, crosswords, word search games, sudoku, trivia, cryptograms, rebus puzzles, IQ tests, brain teasers, word games, and an online multiplayer word battle game lobby. We may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. Some features may require a free account; some future premium features may require a paid subscription.

3. Your Account

10. Limitation of Liability

12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Puzz.com, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
