Puzz.com (Puzz.com, LLC, “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://puzz.com/ and related games, tools, and content (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you use the Site, how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to all visitors and users of the Site.

Puzz.com is part of the Grande Web Network family of family-friendly puzzle, word-game, and educational properties operated by Puzz.com, LLC.

Information We Collect

Server Logs & Technical Data

When you visit the Site, our servers and content delivery network automatically log standard request data. This information is generally not used to identify you personally on its own, and may include:

• Your browser type, version, and language
• Operating system and device type
• The pages you visit and the time and date of each visit
• The referring page or URL that brought you to the Site
• General location data inferred from your IP address (such as country, region, or city)

Game & Activity Data

We may store information about how you use puzzles, games, and tools on the Site, including game progress, scores, preferences, completed puzzles, and statistics. Much of this is stored locally in your browser (using cookies or local storage) so that it remains under your control. Advertising Partners

Analytics

Categories of personal information we collect (as defined by California law): identifiers (IP address, device identifiers), internet or other network activity (browsing history on the Site, interactions with ads), geolocation data (approximate, IP-derived), and inferences drawn from the above for purposes of advertising and Site improvement.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Puzz.com is a family-friendly site, and we welcome visitors of all ages. However, in compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 for purposes of registration, profile creation, or targeted advertising. We do not knowingly enable interest-based advertising to children under 13. Parents and guardians: we encourage you to be involved in your child’s online activities. You can use parental-control tools provided by most browsers and operating systems to manage what your child accesses on the Site.

Data Security & Retention

We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and routine security review. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Server logs are typically retained for a limited period (90 days or less) and then deleted or aggregated. Advertising and analytics partners apply their own retention periods, described in their respective privacy policies.

International Data Transfers

The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and any country where our service providers operate. Where required by law (including for transfers out of the EU/UK/Switzerland), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
